Nourish body and mind: tantalize your taste buds while learning about the role of food in Amsterdam’s historic city center from past to present

Offering tastes, experiences and discoveries in Amsterdam’s historic center, the Old Amsterdam Food Tour’s updated 2014 program takes you on a unique exploration that links practices of the past with present flavors of Amsterdam’s contemporary urban food landscape. The experience is not to be missed, as this informative and fun food tour brings to your senses indulgences offered by several delicious, quality local food entrepreneurs!

The opportunity to dabble into hidden tastes and knowledge in both little and widely known areas of Amsterdam is available once every month (available in English or Dutch).

We want to offer the experience to all interested, so have also arranged more flexible booking options. You can book your own private tour (for two or more people) at the time and date of your convenience. We also welcome companies, organizations and diverse groups to schedule something suiting their preferences.
